Frequently asked questions

A Park Model is a unique recreational vehicle meant to be used for seasonal use. They are no larger than 400 sq ft and are designed specifically for use in campgrounds or communities that allow them. They are built with ANSI housing standards, and will bear an RVIA seal to certify that they have been manufactured using such standards. All park models are equipped with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, and include appliances and furniture. There are options to add a loft, though this isn't a requirement.

No. A Park Model is not considered a Tiny Home, though they do look very similar. A Park Model is not meant for use as a permanent residence, and should only be used for recreational or seasonal use. A tiny home is defined as a home 200 sq ft or smaller and built on a trailer that is road legal. This means, you can pull it to your desired destination without any permits or CDL requirements. Park Models must be moved professionally with a toter truck, thus requiring special permits and a driver holding their CDL.
